    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • 1. The sanitizing bucket had both bleach and soap in it. Do not mix bleach with soap. Soapy cloths are fine to use for cleaning but a separate bucket or bottle and cloth with 100ppm bleach solution is required to sanitize surfaces and tables.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • 1. The hand sink towel was reusable towel. Was replaced with single use paper towel during the inspection.
