      • Scoops were observed to be stored within the dry goods (sugar & flour) bins. This practice poses a risk of contamination.*** Please ensure that scoops are not stored within the dry goods. ***
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Staff directed me to wash hands at the dish pit sink that did not have hand soap or paper towels, however, there was a designated hand sink within the kitchen area that was stocked with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers.Staff in the bar area, indicated that they were using a cloth towel for drying hands multiple times before removing it for laundering at the end of the shift.*** Please ensure that staff are washing hands at the designated hand sinks and that the designated hand sinks are accessible and stocked with liquid soap and single-use towels at all times. If you would like to use cloth towels, this is acceptable as long as they are single-use, meaning put into the laundry after each time the towel is used to dry hands. ***

      • The cutting boards at the prep lines were observed to be deeply scarred and stained.*** Please replace or re-surface the larger prep line boards. ***

      • The scoop of the bulk flour bin was stored within the bin and with the handle being covered in flour. The scoop was promptly removed to be cleaned and sanitized during the inspection.Please ensure scoops are stored in a manner that prevents the handle from making contact with the dry good (preferably outside of the bin if possible).

      • No soap was observed at the hand sink at the time of the inspection.Please ensure hand sinks are always stocked with soap (preferably within a functional dispenser).
