      • Chlorine test strips were expired. Ensure you have a valid test strip to test sanitizer concentration.
    • 08. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Two Paint brushes and container noted in the handwash sink. Ensure that handwash sinks are accessible at all times to encourage handwashing.
    • 14. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this ice / water facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Bleach solution was at 0ppm chlorine. Ensure you bleach solution is at 100ppm concentration for effective sanitization.
    • 15. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • Food handling permit on display expired Sept 2023. New one was available and put up. Ensure you have valid food handling permit on display at all times.
