      • A food-grade sanitizer was not available in the food handling area upon initial inspection. Quats sanitizer was acquired during inspection.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • The display warmer was measured at a temperature of 51C. This unit included pastries containing meat or cheese. Increase the temperature of this unit to ensure it can warm perishable items to at least 60C. Alternatively, do not use unit to store high-risk food items.
