      • Observation: Paint on the shelves at the bar area and kitchen area at the upper level is chipping and not in good working order. Uneven surfaces cannot be clean and may collect debris that can allow pathogens to grow.
      • Corrective Action: Operator to paint or re-surfaces shelves to ensure they are smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean.
