      • Mechanical dishwasher was not dispensing sanitizer during wash cycle or reaching the necessary temperature to sanitize. Please ensure that either of the above parameters are met to ensure that utensils are being sanitized adequately.

      • Food handling permit not displayed. Please ensure that food handling permit is displayed in a conspicuous area that can easily be seen by patrons.

      • The walk-in cooler had a build-up of dust on the ceiling above the door. The bottom right side of the back wall had a build-up of material. Please ensure that the indicated areas are being cleaned and sanitized regularly to prevent cross-contamination with food products.

      • The plumbing under the handwash sink in the corner of the deli has a leak.Please ensure plumbing fixtures are kept in working order.
