- 19(1)(c) A food establishment must be located, designed, constructed and maintained to ensure all of the following:
(c) that the surfaces and materials are durable, non-toxic and are easy to maintain, clean and sanitize;
- Mold and missing tiles were observed in the staff washroom. Remove mold affected drywall before replacing tiles.
- 29(2)(a) A maintenance, cleaning and sanitation program must include procedures to ensure that all of the following are done:
(a) the food establishment and equipment are maintained, cleaned and sanitized;
- General cleanliness requires improvement especially along baseboards, around equipment/shelving and behind the ice machine.

- 1 sink on the drive thru end must be dedicated for handwashing and be equipped with soap and paper towel dispensers.

(a) the food establishment and equipment are maintained, cleaned and sanitized;
- Cleaning required in the following areas: Floors/under shelving in all 3 walk-ins. Under handwash sink at front counter. Along baseboards and hard to reach areas behind equipment.

- Staff washroom - toilet running, hole in the wall and missing baseboard tiles. All require repair.
