- A bag of lettuce was being kept above the cooler inserts in the prep table cooler. The lettuce was measured to have a temperature of 15°C. The inspector informed the staff that no food items must be stored above the fill line of the cooler inserts. The bag of lettuce was discarded during the inspection.
