- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food contact surface sanitizer pails were recently changed and concentration registered at <200 ppm QUATs. Source chemical dispenser located at three compartment sink was investigated and concentration initially registered at <200 ppm QUATs.
- Corrective Action(s): Manager adjusted the source chemical dispenser such that final QUATs concentration registered at 200 ppm. All food contact surface sanitizer pails were replaced with new solution from source chemical dispenser.
