      • Found 20 lbs of cooked chicken held at 57.3f in a large container, chicken was cooked a day before and stored in prep cooler. Instructed manager to keep all Cold TCS foods held at 41 f or lower. Priority violation 7-38-005. chicken discarded valued at $70.
