      • Book shelves over 4 ft in height are not mounted. Noted in any classroom with a high shelf.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • 1. The toddler room had an additional diaper change area in the main room, with the closest sink being in the adjacent washroom. If there is a gate/door closed, this would not be considered accessible and may pose a supervision issue.2. Handwashing sink in the 5 year-old room was missing paper towel.
    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • CPR masks not included in the first aid kits. Please supply kits with a one-way valve/cpr mask.
