    • 05. Are communicable diseases at this facility being properly managed?
      • Illness records were not in place.Facility will be provided with the incident illness log sheets.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • In the handwash sink of the room 2 of preschool (one, which is above stairs) did not have the hot water supply. Manager indicated that due to too much hot water temperature, the hot water supply to the tap is shut off. Please get some mixing valve connections done to get continuous hot water supply in the handwash sink. The hot water temperature must not exceed 49°C.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • The toy containers had dust and debris. Facility is advised to wipe (clean) the toy containers.
