- Observation: Bank notes were found on the wooden food preparation table. (Public Health Significance) - Food preparation surfaces must be protected from contamination. Bank notes are non-food items that may introduce microorganisms and other contaminants onto food-contact surfaces, increasing the risk of cross-contamination and foodborne illness.
- Corrective Action: Operator to refrain from stroing non-food items on food contact surfaces. Operator to clean and disinfect the table after contamination.

- Observation: One fan in the walk-in cooler was missing its protective cover. Fan covers on another unit within the walk-in cooler and on a portable fan located near the kitchen window were observed to be covered with dust. (Public Hrealth Significance) - Dust accumulation on fans and missing protective covers may result in the contamination of food and food-contact surfaces, increasing the risk of food contamination and compromising sanitation standards. Fan covers help protect employees from injury when fan components become damaged or dislodged. The absence of a fan cover presents a potential occupational safety hazard within the food premises.
- Corrective Action: Operator to clean the fan covers. Operator to ensure every fan is well covered.

- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Wiping cloths left on the counters between use. (Public Health significance) - Cloths once used can harbor and grow bacteria if left as used at room temperature.
- Corrective Action: Store wiping cloths in a sanitizing solution of 100 ppm chlorine or 200 ppm QUATs. Mix according to the manufacturer's specifications.

- Observation: There were build up of debris and dirts in the vent openings which can dislodge to contaminate food contact surface
- Corrective Action: Clean and sanitize all vent openings
