- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Undercounter cooler unit near the take out window registered an ambient temperature >4 deg C. Internal temperature of cold potentially hazardous food registered at >4 deg C. Last temperature check of the cooler unit was <2 hours ago and temperature was recorded at 39 deg F. Staff stated that due to the high traffic use of the undercounter cooler, the ambient temperature increases
- Corrective Action(s): All potentially hazardous foods in the cooler unit were moved to a working walk-in cooler unit that registered at or below 4 deg C.
- Do not store any cold potentially hazardous food items in the cooler until it can maintain 4 deg C or lower temperatures.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Perishable foods (Milk jug, milk carton, single-use coffee creamers, and ice coffee blend) in front - most under counter cooler measuring at 13°C - 17°C. Air temperature at 15°C. Operator states transferred from walk-in cooler an hour ago and cooler has not been having issues with maintaining temperatures.
- Corrective Action(s): →Operator was requested to move all foods noted above into the walk-in clloer, and to check their temperatures ensuring they are cooled down to 4°C within 2 hours. If not, follow the Food Safety Plan on the corrective actions.
