- The bleach bottle had a significant amount of soap bubbles in it.Do not mix bleach and soap as the soap will reduce the effectiveness of bleach.Solution was discarded, the bottle rinsed, and a 100 ppm bleach solution prepared.

- Chlorine test strips were not available on the unit to monitor chlorine concentration.Inspector left a few strips onsite.Ensure there are chlorine test strips capable of measuring 100-200 ppm chlorine on the unit at all times during operation. Test strips must be used to verify sanitizer concentration each time a solution is prepared.
