Operator indicates that he adds ~30mL of Sani-Stuff concentrate to a 946mL spray bottle to make the solution. The product label indicates that 1.9mL of concentrate should be added to a 946mL spray bottle to make the appropriate concentration for sanitizing.
- Corrective Action(s): *Ensure to follow the "Sanitizing" instructions on the product label, for usage as a food-grade sanitizing solution.
- *Add 1.9 mL of Sani-Stuff concentrate to the 946mL spray bottle filled with potable water to make the correct concentration.

- Observation:
- The dry storage room has a toilet and sink in it. The owner converted one of the public washrooms into a storage room and only added shelving racks. A storage room shall NOT have a toilet and sink in it as these pieces of equipment are not "clean".
- Corrective Action(s):
- Contract a plumber to remove the toilet and sink, and to cap off the water, sewer, and air pipes to prevent odors and water from exiting the pipes into the food storage room.

- The front hand washing sink water tap is look and not secured or sealed to the counter top. Water is leaking and pooling in the cupboard below. This will cause water damage to the counter top and cupboard
- Corrective Action(s):
- Repair or replace the tap so that it is secured and sealed. The owner indicated that he is planning on replacing the whole countertop and hand sink the future. Until the replacement is done, the tap must be secured and sealed to prevent water leaks.
