- A few mouse droppings noted in the left corner cupboard below the cappucino machine in the bar area, along with a few dead insects. A few mouse droppings noted on the floor of the storage room in the hallway.Clean and sanitize areas as discussed during the inspection.Please contact your pest control company and have them implement additional monitoring devices in these areas.

- No hand soap in dispensers at the kitchen hand sink and bar/front area hand sink. Hand soap in dispenser must be available at hand sinks at all times. Dish soap to be used temporarily, and operator to obtain hand soap immediately.
