    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • The diapering mat in the "Exploration Studio" room's washroom was torn. The diapering mat needs to be replaced.
    • 24. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Non-Critical)?
      • In children's sleeping area, it was observed during inspection that some of the beddings were stacked and the bed covers were touching each other. The bedding that has been used by one child shall not touch the other child bedding so that the beds are protected from cross-contamination at all the times.
