- Jan 29, 2024 - there is only one sample on record, since 2018, for a bacteria water sample from this well.You will need to start immediately a monthly submission of water samples for bacteria analysis.June 2023: Operator stated that a designated person involved with the hall is now responsible for collecting and submitting water samples - they will begin submitting samples next week.Previously: PHI checked the Prov Lab database and found that there have been no samples submitted for bacteria analysis in the past year.Please start submitting water samples for bacteria analysis on a monthly basis starting in January 2023.August 26, 2025.Operator stated that they have been submitting water samples the wrong way and was not notified until recently. They have so far discontinued submitting water samples due to timing and distance.
