    • 205 - Critical Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Temperature for cheese and chicken refrigerator was measured at 9.6°C and 11°C. Temperatuer of refrigerator was measured at 4°C below based on temperatre log on-site.
      • Corrective Action: Operator moved chicken and cheese to a working refrigerator. Operator cleared out compressor of unit and temperature showed that temperature could maintained at 4°C or under.
    • 206 - Critical Hot potentially hazardous food stored/displayed below 60 °C. [s. 14(2)]
      • Observation: Hot holding unit for pizza and fried chicken was not able maintain 60°C or above due to burnt out heat light bulb. Hot food had was in unit for less than 2 hours. Requeste opeartor to move chicken under a lightbulb that can maintain 60°C
      • Corrective Action: Operator to repair or replace hot holding unit. to ensure lower unit area can mintain 60°C or below.

    • 209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
      • Observation: 1. A scoop with a damaged handle was placed inside the flour container. 2. Another scoop was utilized for both ice and the floor. Public health significance - Damaged scoops pose a challenge for cleaning, and it’s essential that food contact surfaces are easily cleanable. Utilizing the same scoop for ice and floor risks contaminating the ice. Additionally, individuals with flour allergies could potentially develop an allergic reaction.
      • Corrective Action: The operator must ensure that any damaged scoop is discarded and promptly replaced with a new one. Operator to ensure separate scoops for handling ice and the floor to prevent cross-contamination.

    • 305 - Repeat Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
      • Observation: Gap observed on the bottom of the back door which could allow potential entry of pests into the food premises which increases the risk of contamination of food and cause food borne illnesses.
      • Corrective Action: Operator to replace or repair the weather strip on the back door to help prevent the entry of pestd into the food facility.
    • 309 - Chemicals, cleansers, & similar agents stored or labeled improperly [s. 27]
      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Sanitizer spray bottles observed not to be labelled. (Public Health significance) - All chemicals in the food premises should be labelled appropriately to help prevent cross-contamination.
      • Corrective Action: Operator immediately labelled the sanitizer spray bottle.
