Please email copies of the invoices and ensure invoices are available at the store at all times. Ensure all food items are labeled to indicate their source. Owner stated the items were from a supplier in Ontario but was unable to provide evidence.

Discard all items that were chewed by mice.-mouse droppings and urine noted throughout the entire facility including on floors around the perimeter of every single room, on all shelving racks, and inside boxes were pre-packaged foods are stored inside of. Dispose of all food items contaminated by mouse droppings. A waste log and evidence of food being disposed of (such as pictures of the food in a waste bin) are required.Facility is required to hire a pest control company on a monthly contract.Clean up all mouse droppings and discard contaminated food.
