      • Observation of possible mouse droppings. Areas of concern: storage area with bags of rice, prep tables in back receiving area, surrounding area by the 1 compartment sink in the back and under the 2 compartment sink.

      • Pest activity noted in the back receiving area. Additional cleaning and monitoring: - Wooden shelf with extra food equipment- Inside walk in cooler with extra shelving - Hard to reach corner with red tank
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Commercial deep fryer - additional cleaning required for the baskets. Not in use at the time.

    • 03. Is all food in this facility fit for human consumption and not unwholesome, spoiled, or adulterated?
      • Back prep/storage area: findings included mouse droppings, gnawed food packaging, and various products showing signs of tampering or contamination. All affected dry goods stored beneath the prep table were discarded on site due to visible contamination. Approximately four large totes of dry goods were discarded in the back dumpster at the time of inspection

      • Multiple bags of “Idli Rice” were stored with non‑food items (winter glove, personal care products). This area requires decluttering and cleaning.

      • Chlorine test papers required.

      • Pest activity noted in the back receiving area.

      • Additional cleaning for following items:- Large metal mixer had visible white food residue and must be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.- Two‑compartment sink and hand sink area require cleaning and sanitizing
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Additional cleaning in following areas:- Unused walk‑in cooler remains significantly cluttered and must be fully decluttered and cleaned.- Back storage area requires detailed cleaning due to accumulated debris and disorganization.- Evidence of mouse droppings noted near rice bags and in corners. Full cleaning and sanitizing of this area is required
