- The refrigeration unit (cooler) was measured at 15.8°C. The inspector informed the operator that all high-risk food items must be stored at or below 4°C.**OUTSTANDING (2023-08-03). The unit was still measured at 15°C. Thus, all high-risk food items in the cooler, including milk, was transferred to a functional unit in the neighboring vendor inside the same tent. Please fix the unit to ensure that it is able to maintain a temperature of 4°C or below.
