     • Unlabeled henna cones were observed. According to Falak, these cones are prepared by her using henna powder 2 days ago. She could not provide additional information on the henna powder, and list of ingredients. This information was not available for review during the inspection.Ensure there is access to information regarding the henna powder used, and a full list of ingredients added to make the henna paste for reference at all events.July 27, 2023 update: Received an email with details around preparation of the henna paste:Henna powder from crushed henna leaves then lemon, essential oils (tea tree oil), cloves and water is added to the mixture.Information around the henna powder was not yet provided to the PHI.
