- - The sanitizer dropper is stored on the cover of the sanitizer bucket, that had accumulated dirt on it. Ensure equipment are stored in a safe and sanitary manner.

- Handwashing sink in the water packaging area had no paper towel or soap.- Staff indicated handwashing is completed in the washroom.- Ensure a soap and paper towel dispenser is installed at the sink , fully equipped with soap and paper towel, and staff should complete handwashing at this sink before water/food handling.Operator indicated paper towels and soap will be provided at the sink temporarily, dispensers will be installed by the end of the week.
