      • There was no soap in a dispenser at showers in both change rooms.There was no soap in the dispenser at hand sink in both changerooms.The women's shower appeared to have a buildup of dirt and debris. Please clean.
    • 11. Does the pool premises have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • A maximum of bather sign showing 7 people was found by operator. Operator will verify by completing calculations that signage meets requirements for the pool standards. There is no maximum bather load signage for the whirlpool.The fecal response plan and chemical parameter information in the binder is not accurate. Information will be provided to pool operator. Ensure this information is printed out and stored with documentation on site.

As good practice, it is recommended that chemical parameters be measured and recorded prior to opening up the pool or whirlpool. It is recommended that chemical parameters be measured and recorded twice a day.
