    • 04. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Non-Critical)?
      • There were no child locks on cabinets in toddler (Sprouts) classroom.-Please provide suitable child locks on all cabinets to prevent access to hazardous materials.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • 1. The paper towel holders in facility's classrooms and washrooms were not suitable/adequate to prevent bulk contamination.-Please replace with suitable paper towel dispensers.2. There were no paper towels, paper dispenser or garbage bin in the facility's shared washroom.-Please provide the indicated equipment including suitable soap dispensers to ensure proper handwashing practice.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • Cane rattan toy backets which could be difficult to properly clean and sanitize, were observed in some classrooms.-Please replace such toy containers with smooth, non-absorbent and easy-to-clean containers.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • Hot water temperature was measured at 27 degrees Celsius in most washrooms' downstairs.-Please increase and maintain hot water temperature between 38-43 degrees Celsius to ensure proper handwashing process.
    • 24. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Non-Critical)?
      • There were no window blinds/shading in any of the classroom.-Please provide suitable window shading.
