      • Dishwasher temperature was measured at 54.3 degrees Celsius at the time of the inspection.-Please fix and ensure dishwasher rinsing temperature of above 71 degrees Celsius is reached to assure proper cleansing and sanitizing of food utensils.Also, provide suitable waterproof thermometer to monitor dishwasher internal temperature and maintain its log record.
