      • The bleach sanitizer solution was measured at 0-50 ppm. The operator was instructed to regularly remake the solution and test it to ensure it is at the appropriate concentration for disinfection.
    • 27. Are proper measures being taken to ensure that vermin do not enter or exist in the facility (Non-Critical)?
      • The backdoor did not provide an adequate seal to the outside environment. Light from outside could be seen coming through underneath the door.Ensure the door has an adequate seal or weatherstripping to prevent pest entry.
