    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Operator is waiting chlorine test strips arrive at the next order. Bleach water sanitizer bucket was measure at 200 ppm (minimum 100 ppm).
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Provide camp manager, Colleen a copy of AHS Pest Control Checklist at the time of inspection. Record pest control checklist monthly and store in a binder for inspection.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Plumber from High Level came and working on Two-compartment sinks at baking/food preparation area. Fixed the blockage, put new taps and lines and connecting to potable water.Fire Suppression system serviced by Synergy Fire Protection in July 2024.
