      • A toy sink is not available. The operator will talk to the school daycare program and see if they can use the toy sink over there for toy cleaning.
    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • A #2 standard first aid kit is available. The disinfectant wipes in the kit are expired. The disinfectant wipes shall be replaced.

      • 1)Most of the electrical outlets in the classroom are not covered. Action shall be taken to cover or block the outlets.2) The pencil sharpener does not have a cover over the two sharpening rollers. Action shall be taken to remove the pencil sharpener or place the cover over the sharpening rollers.
