- Gordon S (sauces seasonings and snacks and spices) - sauces require temperature control ie ice packs. Needs hand sanitizer for the sampling methods he is doing,Valleygreens - now has bread and pretzels. For the pretzel handling, they will require at minimum extra tongs, and hand sanitizer present. Reminder that they need to ensure all labelling is in place (5 statements) for every home-made food item. No hand sanitizer present.

- VandenOetelaar, Elizabeth -> Vendor has cinnamon buns with cream cheese icing on which have ice packs but are too small. Please have larger ice packs to ensure these food items are kept at 4 C or below as this is considered a high-risk food that requires refrigeration.Garry the Eggman-> The vendor did not have sufficient amount of ice packs to keep his eggs below 7C. Let him know to have more ice packs.
