      • Kitchen door leading to outside was left open. Staff closed the insect screen door during the inspection. Keep screen door closed when the door needs to be open for ventilation to prevent pest entry.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • 1. Floor surface in the walk-in cooler is damaged.2. The floor surface under the dishwasher, sink, and counter is unfinished.Repair/resurface flooring to ensure that all surfaces are smooth, non-porous, and easily cleanable.
