      • Bleach sanitizer is noted at 0 ppm. Ensure the bleach sanitizer is a minimum concentration of 100 ppm. To mix a bleach sanitizer: mix 1/2 tsp bleach in 1 L of water. Bleach solution was adjusted during the event. it measured 200 ppm.
    • 23. Has appropriate notification been given for the special event?
      • Food vendor notification form was not submitted. Ensure to submit the special event food vendors form at least 30 days before the scheduled event.
