      • - The sanitizer solution bucket in the bar area was not labelled. - Sanitizer bucket solution showed no concentration when tested with test strips.- Staff labelled the sanitizer solution bucket.- Staff changed the sanitizer solution, and the test showed the required concentration.Ensure sanitizer is replaced and tested regularly.

      • A gap at the bottom of the exit door on the south end (casino side) of the building was noted at the time of the inspection.Please ensure that the gap is repaired to prevent the potential entry of pests.

      • Please ensure that the severely scratched red and green cutting boards (in the back storage space) are removed/replaced.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Please ensure that the following areas are kept clean and free of dust/debris buildup.1) Vent covers within all walk-in refrigeration units.2) Under the storage shelves at the back of the kitchen area.

      • At time of inspection:1. The exhaust ventilation system’s expiry sticker indicates that duct inspection / cleaning is overdue - expiry was October of 2023.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Contact a certified exhaust ventilation duct cleaning professional and have this ventilation system inspected and, if necessary, cleaned. Ensure a new expiry sticker is installed on the stainless steel surface of all applicable appliances.
