- Routine water sampling was not being conducted, and the most recent water sample on file was collected in March 2022.Ensure that water samples are submitted every three (3) months in accordance with Food handling permit requirements.

- Pest control service records were not available onsite at the time of inspection. No pest activity or signs of pest activity were observed during the inspection.Ensure that monthly pest control service records are maintained onsite and readily available for review during inspections.
