- 02. Is the bacteriological quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Critical)?
- Bacteriological sample collected on 18 June 2026 and analyzed by the Prov Lab had presence of Total Coliforms.
- 03. Is the bacteriological quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Non-Critical)?
- Sample results from the Prov Lab showed that the pool had high HPC >5700. The sample was collected on 17 June 2026.

- 03. Is the bacteriological quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Non-Critical)?
- The bacteriological water sample submitted on July 2, 2025 was tested to have an HPC value of 150 CFU/mL.Ensure that the pool's chorine residual is satisfactory and that a resample is submitted ASAP.

- 03. Is the bacteriological quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Non-Critical)?
- The water sample submitted on August 2, 2023 indicated a Heterotrophic Plate Count (HPC) of 1510 CFU / mL in the wading pool water.A re-sample was to be submitted for analysis on August 9, 2023.Ensure that the pool's bacteriological water quality is compliant, and that HPC is less than or equal to 100 CFU / mL.

- 04. Is the chemical quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Critical)?
- At the time of the inspection, the PHI the Free Available Chlorine (FAC) of the pool water to be at 0.23 ppm. The value of the FAC continued to drop throughout the inspection along with the ORP. ORP was reported to be 625 mV by the pool's electronic monitoring system. Cyanuric acid in the pool was tested to be 0 ppm. The pool chlorine was likely dropping during the inspection due to sunlight. Ensure that the pool's FAC is 2 ppm or greater regardless of ORP, or greater than 0.5 ppm with a ORP equal to or greater than 700 mV.
- 06. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Critical)?
- While the circulation system for the pool appeared to be operating as intended during the inspection, the automated chlorine feed for continuous disinfection appeared to not be functioning. The feed line contained chlorine disinfectant and the automatic solenoid was engaging when prompted. However, the pool's chlorine residual was dropping rapidly during the inspection. An issue with the chlorine pellet reservoir was noted by the operator at the end of the inspection. Ensure that the continuous disinfection system is fully operational and is able to supply chlorine when prompted by the electronic monitoring device.

- The water sample submitted on July 31, 2023 confirmed the presence of Total Coliform bacteria per 100 mL of the wading pool water sample.A re-sample was submitted for analysis on August 2, 2023.Ensure that the pool's bacteriological water quality is compliant, and that Total Coliform Bacteria are not detected.
