- There were no paper towels and dispenser at the handwash sink for handwashing.Install a dispenser to hold the paper towels and provide paper towels for handwashing.

- Upon opening the pest monitoring device, six mice were found decomposed. Noted evidence of rodent activity, including the presence of mouse droppings in corners and hard-to-reach locations.-Implement the following corrective actions:1. Immediately remove and dispose of the mouse carcasses following proper disinfection procedures.2. Conduct a thorough inspection of the area to identify and eliminate potential entry points for rodents.3. Enhance pest control measures by reinforcing traps, baits, or other deterrent methods.4. Disinfect the surrounding area to prevent the attraction of pests and remove any potential food sources.5. Monitor and maintain pest control devices regularly to ensure their effectiveness and promptly address any new findings.August 9, 2023, inspection: Manager notified Abell pest control to address the issue. Provide a pest report for this visit and increase pest control if pest activity increases.
