      • Several ants were noted crawling on the floor near the window at the front entrance to the facility. There appears to be an issue with ants in the bark bedding along the sidewalk in front of the building.

      • The soap dispenser at the front hand sink was empty. This was refilled during the inspection.

      • Several ants were noted crawling on the floor near the window at the front entrance to the facility. There appears to be an issue with ants in the bark bedding along the sidewalk in front of the building.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The exterior of the lids to the containers of pickles and potato pieces sitting in the walk-in cooler were dirty. These were cleaned during the inspection.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Flour accumulation was noted on the dough-press machine and surrounding walls and floors. Cleaning required.
