    • 08. Is hand hygiene performed by the personal services worker when required, in a proper manner and are provisions available to perform hand hygiene?
      • There is no soap and no single use towels in the washroom for clients to use. PROVIDE HAND SOAP AND SINGLE USE TOWELS FOR CLIENTS TO USE.
    • 17. Is reusable equipment cleaned properly (Critical)?
      • Reusable tools would be cleaned with hand soap. PLEASE OBTAIN SCRUB BRUSH AND APPROPRIATE SOAP FOR CLEANING DEVICES.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • Only Preempt RTU is available to disinfect extraction loop. PLEASE OBTAIN A HIGH LEVEL DISINFECTANT TO DISINFECT EXTRACTION LOOP. THE PREEMPT RTU MAY BE USED FOR CLEANING AND DISINFECTING SINK, SURFACES AND NON-CRITICAL DEVICES SUCH AS FACIAL BOWL AND STEAMER WATER RESERVOIR.PLEASE OBTAIN A CONTAINER FOR SOAKING AND SEPARATE CONTAINER FOR KEEPING CLEANED TOOLS. LABEL THE CONTAINERS TO IDENTIFY ITS CONTENTS.
