- Customer utensils in the dry storage area are stored directly on the floor. Ensure customer utensils (cups, plates, cutlery etc.) must be stored at least 6 inches above the floor to protect it from contamination.

- No label for the sanitizer spray bottle. All chemicals must be adequately labelled to identify their contents and ensure safe usage around food. The operator labeled the spray bottles during the inspection.A 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer spray bottle is used for food contact surfaces, while a 1000 ppm chlorine sanitizer spray bottle is intended for use on tables and chairs.
