- Ensure to clean the spill. Comments Hand sink was stocked with soap, hot water, and paper towels. Coolers and freezer were stocked with thermometers and were monitored below 4°C and -18°C. Dishwasher registered 75.8°C at plate. Foods were stored appropriately, covered, above floors, labelled and dated. Overall premise was maintained free of clutter and in sanitary condition.
