      • Diapering was done in toddler/preschool washroom for preschool room. A diapering mat was not available for diapering - Please have diapering completed on a dedicated diapering surface that is cleanable and stored out of reach of children when not in use.
    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • Oxivir TB disinfectant was observed to be expired. It was disposed during inspection.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • Water was observed to be leaking uncontrollably into the toilet bowl in year 2 washroom. Please maintain all fixtures in a proper operating condition.
