      • Sliced apples in the refrigerator were not covered. Corrected onsite.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • -The hand sink was obstructed and inaccessible due to large containers stored in and around it. The operator removed the containers from the hand sink.-The soap dispenser near the hand sink was empty. Corrected onsite. Hand washing must be conducted at the kitchen hand sink, which must remain fully supplied and accessible at all times.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Utensils in the loft area were stored with handles facing downward. Corrected onsite. Store utensils with handles facing upward to prevent contamination.
