      • Outstanding from previous inspection:In the infant, toddler, and preschool room, there is evidence of what appears to be water damage to the ceiling (e.g., visible water staining). Some ceiling tiles appear to have been painted over stains.*Facility (landlord) is aware of issue and on going work for repairs to roof required.

      • Temperature of the hot water was measured with a probe thermometer to be 56C. Ensure temperature of hot and cold water is available. Recommend hot water at the faucet level is not greater than 49C, with a strong recommendation to be below 43C.November 7: Temperature at hand sinks within the EY1, EY 2, EY 3 were greater than 54C (54 C - 58C) with probe thermometer. Mixing valves may also be considered for the sinks that children use.

      • Water temperature for the infant handwashing sink was measured at the faucet level and observed to be at 59C (probe thermometer). This was corrected during inspection before undersigned got to the next room. Ensure adequate temperature for warm water is available at the faucet level.

      • Hand sink in the infant room was noted to be hard to drain. Please ensure pluming is in good repair.

      • - In the pre-kinder room, a temperature reading of 9 degrees Celsius was observed in the mini refrigerator. Please ensure that the refrigerator maintains a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius or lower in order to promote the safe storage of food.
