- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer spray bottle measured over 400ppm this is too strong to be used on food contact surfaces
- Corrective Action(s): Please follow directions for mixing sanitizer to make 200ppm solution. Obtain test strips if necessary, but product label indicates that 8ml of concentrate should be mixed with 1 Litre of water to make 200ppm. Solution was adjusted and now measures 200ppm.
