      • The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Seal the baseboard and wall coving so that they are sanitary and easy to clean. Install a separation between the drivers compartment and the food storage compartment.

      • The portable generator attached to the back of the truck emits exhaust that can get into the serving area, redirect the exhaust as to prevent it from entering the vehicle service area.
