FOUND TWO FOUR POUND BAGS OF MUSSELS IN THE SAME AREA IN A BUS TUB WITH NO SHELLFISH TAG AS REQUIRED; INSTRUCTED THAT A SHELLFISH TAG MUST BE WITH THE SHELLFISH AT ALL TIMES AND IF SOLD LOOSELY THAT THE TAG MUST BE HELD IN A FILE ON PREMISES FOR 90 DAYS. ALL SHELLFISH WERE DISGARDED AND DENATURED AT THIS TIME 14 LBS VALUED AT $30.00. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-005 (B2) ISSUED.
