      • All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. Some dust under fryer cabinets at bottom; remove.

      • The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Clean floors under/around equipment in kitchen and storage.

      • The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Replace all damaged ceiling tiles in dining area and kitchen. Seal any holes in walls and/or cracks/crevices where needed (by hot water tank, under steam table). Remove dust from light shields where needed. Clean walls around/behind cooking equipment where needed.
