      • Source of contamination found inside ice machine. Found black and red substance inside interior panel of ice machine appear to be mold and algae. Condensation found around parts inside interior dipping black substance on fresh ice. Instructed to have interior of ice machine properly cleaned and sanitized by professional. "Held for Inspection" tag placed on machine. Critical citation issued 7-38-005(A).
